Job Details: Workday PSA Lead
As a Workday PSA Lead, you’ll be a lead consultant in implementing and configuring Workday solutions for global customers, with a strong focus on Workday Financials and PSA. You'll manage customer relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and provide expert consulting and guidance.
Must-Have Requirements:
Workday FINS Core certification
Deep understanding of Workday PSA (Product Lead in the Workday ecosystem is ideal but not mandatory)
Excellent customer focus, relationship management, and ability to resolve escalations
Strong consulting skills, including leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders
Preferences:
Contracts to Cash, Projects and/or Project Billing certifications are beneficial
Experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams
Thought leadership, including blogging and conference participation
