The Workday Payroll Analyst position is responsible for handling high-volume multi-state payroll, billing, licensing, AP, etc. You will have a strong knowledge of California labor and wage laws, federal and state payroll regulations and requirements. You will have an understanding of basic accounting principles and solid financial acumen. You must have a strong ability to maintain accurate data entry. Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages. Strong working knowledge with Advanced Excel Skills, and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Power Point, Outlook), and Database Management. Strong organizational, analytical skills and ability to interpret data and present to facilitate business decisions.
