?Our consulting client in France needs to onboard a Workday technical lead for a European deployment project.
Technical lead on Workday
Activity:
ability to host design sessions, testing sessions in coordination with the project manager/functional lead
ability to configure BPs and functionalities/reporting/CFs on the dedicated scope
ability to meet deadlines and raise alerts if needed
ability to provide sufficient content for arbitration to the project manager or other stakeholders
ability to coordinate with numerous stakeholders (integration team, run team, business/HRs on the local but also on the group side)
Start date: end of march/beginning of april 2025
End date: end of 2025
Scope: Workday Talent & Performance (other modules: Core HCM, Basic Compensation, Advance Compensation are a plus)
Language: fluent English (French and Portuguese are a plus)
FTE: 0.5 but depending on other modules mastered it could be more
Location: ideally within the EU for GDPR reasons, must be able to travel from time to time (3-5 times during the project) to France, Portugal or other EU countries part of the implemented scope
