Creative Project Manager

Our client's award-winning in-house creative agency is looking for experienced and motivated individual to join their Creative Studios team. They are enthusiastic, mission-driven designers, writers, producers, project managers, and strategists building our brand and telling the Client story in innovative ways.    
                                                                                   
They're looking for a Creative Project Manager who will oversee creative marketing and communications campaigns and ad hoc projects, from inception to delivery of final product. The Creative Project Manager will collaborate with multiple groups and stakeholders to ensure projects exceed expectations and are completed on time and on budget.                       

Location: 100% Remote
Pay: Up to $38/hr depending on experience

Key Job Functions
  • Controls the flow of projects, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment of Creative studios demand and capacity.
  • Using Workfront: create detailed workplans and set deadlines for various stages of a project in consultation with project and portfolio managers.
  • Distribute assignments to creative teams, depending on their availability and priorities based in consultation with resource managers.
  • Review project requests to ensure that all requirements needed to start project are obtained
  • Ensure resource tasks properly reflect scope and required time estimates
  • Identifies resource gaps based on workflow, makes recommendations on appropriate action plans including scheduling amendments.
  • Communicates daily with Project/Portfolio management team and Creative leads in support of creative delivery.
  • Identifies potential project issues (roadblocks) and pro-actively works with team members to address potential risks.
  • Keep the flow of information open, honest and transparent
  • Evaluate and provide insight regarding the creative process and workflow, from creative brief submission to release of digital assets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a communications, marketing, production or related technical field required
  • 2 years experience required
  • Adept at managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completion
  • Adept in the creative development and production process for a wide range of applications
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • Ability to execute multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Experience using Workfront by Adobe
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Experience using Powerpoint
